Apple Learning Activities for Tots & Preschoolers
Over the past couple years we have loved apple learning activities, especially in the fall, but also when learning about healthy foods! Here we are highlighting some favorites!
Favorite Fine Motor Apple Learning Activities
Without a doubt, the Making Apples Dough Tray was one of the cutest activities I had made at that point in tot school! Some already homemade play dough, plus little leaves and sticks provided the opportunity to mold apples of our own!
Favorite Math Apple Learning Activities
I look fondly back on count and clip cards – we did oh so many! In apple tot school counting how many apples was easy thanks to the apple activities pack by 3 Dinosaurs! We used several printables from that pack in several of our apple learning activities.
In preschool, I appreciated finding more uses for our apples from Michaels, so we went with Craft Apple Math! A rolling pin-based recipe card holder held simple math problems for him to solve with red and green apples.
Favorite Word Apple Learning Activities
I’m cheap, and I’ll only print full-color when it is warranted. But it certainly was for this super cute Word Building Apple Tree! I am thankful that this free printable was graciously shared by Life Over C’s!
Back in tot school, another cute apple learning activity came courtesy of the 3 Dinosaurs pack, some lovely apple three-part cards! I love the cute graphics on these.
